Accepted Artwork Files

• Preferred formats: PNG (transparent background) or PDF
• Artwork must be sized to the final print dimensions at 300 DPI or higher
• Transparent backgrounds are required for any design that should not have a background printed
• Do not send JPG files — they do not support transparency
• Text must be outlined or embedded fonts included if sending a PDF

Reseller Volume Pricing

Discounts apply automatically at checkout based on total quantity ordered. Only the single highest qualifying tier applies — tiers do not stack.

Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround is based on current production volume — contact us for the current estimated lead time before placing a time-sensitive order
• Rush requests may be available — call ahead to confirm availability
• Turnaround begins once print-ready artwork is received and approved

Pressing Guidance

• Use a heat press — do not use a home iron
• Press settings vary by garment material; consult your heat press manufacturer's recommendations for the specific fabric you are pressing
• Apply firm, even pressure for the full press time
• Peel the transfer according to the peel type indicated on your order (hot or cold) — if unsure, contact us
• Allow the garment to cool before handling
• A finishing press (with a cover sheet or parchment paper) after peeling can improve adhesion and texture

Care Instructions for Pressed Garments

• Wash inside-out in cold water
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
• Do not bleach or dry-clean
• Avoid high heat in the dryer to preserve print life
